    Rockin' Lou - Project List

Carrying over from last year's list...

    1) Bright Rhapsody wall hanging kit
    2) Strawberry Fields Quilt
    3) 4th of July Table Runner

Things I'm adding to my list for this year.... where even though I am in the US, I'm determined to sew mostly from my stash... and not all of these are quilts... nor will I finish them all... I'm not including Hexies on this list because I definitely know I won't get them done, and they are the only UFO that I have that is not on this list!!

    My only UFOs:
    4) Yo-Yo Dog
    5) Christmas Table Runner

    Projects to get into motion:
    6) Jeans Quilt
    7) Amsterdam Quilt (from a kit DH bought me in Amsterdam in 2017)
    8) Machine Covers and Thread Catcher
    9) Update Cloth Napkins (overdue by a long while!)
    10) Patchwork quilt/doll quilt sewing with DD
    11) Vintage farmer boy appliqué blocks
    12) Atlanta Skyline row (from 2017 row by row)

I dropped the rows from row by row from my list from last year because I don't know if I'll ever get to them or have the motivation... I have a bunch of them from the kids row by row in 2017, and I will have DD work with me on these after we get through her big project (#10 on my list because she can't work independently yet) but with little time available, another move on the horizon and DD wanting to sew with me at least an hour or two every weekend, we'll see how I juggle things this year. My clothing sewing is on a temporary break, as tends to be the case this time of year, but im sure that won't last forever, I have a good stash there too ;-)

    #2
That's my hope this year is to use up some of my stash. My sewing room isn't that big and I have kinda take over a spare bedroom also.

    About this Group

Do you have some UFOs (UnFinished Objects) that you want to finish? Are you having a hard time choosing what to finish next, or are you just not feeling motivated? Do you have some specific goals you want to complete in 2019? This group is for you! We have a fun way to get those projects done in 2019.

    Here is how it works.

First, you create a list, numbered from 1 - 12, of 1) things you want to finish; 2) OR projects you want to do; 3) OR a combination of 1 and 2. Then, you post your list to this group. (You can edit and change your list at any time.)

Every month, this group will publish a random number between 1 - 12. We will each work on that number from our list. If you prefer to do your list in a particular order, you can certainly do it that way as well. When you have finished your project, please post a picture here as well.

We’re here to support each other. It’s amazing how knowing what project to tackle helps to motivate us to finish what we start.
