    New Layout, March's number!

    Okie dokie, then! I was just checking in and find that everthing looks different! I can't figure out how to put back the graphic for the group, nor find picture comments, but if anyone figures those out let me know...anyway, the number for March is 12! Number twelve, check your list and see if you like it for next month...

    It is going to take some time trying to figure out this new forum. It seems to allow sharing posts to social media, and there are several language options for international members. But finding specific topics is very hard and I lost count of the many times I had to answer the random question!

    I think my #12 is finishing the Ocean Waves quilt, that I haven't decided yet if I'll add borders or not.

      will have to relocate the list again, was just there editing lol
      the photos are still there, hard to describe, but if click on red 2020 link the photos in the menu above post reply some come up. mines not there, but not to mind.

        Now I have found the pics! If I am in the groups main page, I scroll down on my phone and almost to the complete bottom there is the option of photos, below topics. What is strange is, ifc you click there, only the last 13 are displayed, but if you open any of them you can then scroll towards much older ones with the arrows on either side of the pic.

        And the annoying anti-spam "random" question has now vanished, what a relief!

          Kimsophia, is there an Administrator button that you can see on your screen?

          #12 is a new project on my list so I'm going to keep plugging away at my actual ufo's to get them finished up before starting something new.

            Well I'm listed as the owner of the group and my name is clickable but it doesn't seem to do any more than lead me to my profile. I did manage to post a logo but how to stick it in the group photo I don't know! Let me know if you have any ideas...thanks!

              Well, I cannot find my lists.
              Finding this new format too difficult with my iPhone which is usually what I use to navigate the forum.
              If it does not improve, I will likely drop off the forum.
              I just wish I had printed my lists first.😢

                Well, here is my comprehensive list of all my UFO's (that I know I have).

                In addition to my UFO list, I have a separate list for tops that just need quilted and bound. Plus, a list of quilt kits that I have acquired through the years and have never done!

                I am going to list them all anyway, to help keep track of my projects but also hoping that shame will force me to get them done! They are all in various phases of completion - some tops are done and just need quilted - those are on a separate list. One of these UFO's is 26 years old and another is 38 years old...really! LOL!! Wish me luck!!

                  How do you find threads? I can’t find so can’t find my list. Is there no way to see the group like it was with this new format?

                    I'm on a desktop computer so what I see is different than what shows up on a smartphone. But for me, if you scroll up on this page you see written in red Groups - Just for Fun - 2020 Fabulous Finishing Group.

                    Click on 2020 Fabulous Finishing Group. You will then see a menu bar beneath those words that has tabs that say Latest Activity, My Subscriptions, Topics, and Photos. These words are in dark grey or light grey.

                    Click on Topics which is light grey. Threads are now called Topics. You will see all the threads there.

                    2020 Fabulous Finishing Group

                    About this Group

                    Do you have some UFOs (UnFinished Objects) that you want to finish? Are you having a hard time choosing what to finish next, or are you just not feeling motivated? Do you have some specific goals you want to complete in 2020? This group is for you! We have a fun way to get those projects done in 2020.

                    Here is how it works.

                    First, you create a list, numbered from 1 - 12, of 1) things you want to finish; 2) OR projects you want to do; 3) OR a combination of 1 and 2. Then, you post your list to this group. (You can edit and change your list at any time.)

                    Every month, this group will publish a random number between 1 - 12. We will each work on that number from our list. If you prefer to do your list in a particular order, you can certainly do it that way as well. When you have finished your project, please post a picture here as well.

                    We’re here to support each other. It’s amazing how knowing what project to tackle helps to motivate us to finish what we start.
