Pattern?

Does anyone have instructions or know where I can get one for a twisted Bargello quilt. I want to make one for the back of my couch using the colors of my vintage drapes. My couch is very neutral and it needs a pop! I just love how this quilt looks!

I also searched You Tube and found good tutorials for these.

Sewing With Nancy was recorded today and she did a 4-strip twisted Bargello! If you can find that episode this week on your local PBS, you'll have a great method for a dramatic quilt.
