A quilt with a foot pocket?

Somewhere I read something about a quilt that could be made with a "foot pocket" to tuck your feet in.

Does anyone
1)know how to do this? and
2) have any idea what I'm talking about?

sure, just turn up the last ft of the quilt and sew it on the sides. or if it's a bigger quilt just add a pocket like on a quillow to tuck her feet in. if you really love her, make it big enough to put a rice bag in to keep her toes warm.

On my hubbys quilt I will add and extra piece of the backing which will be flannel to the bottom of the quilt as he has requested a foot pocket. It will be a folded over piece of flannel about 15 inches wide by the width of the quilt. It will get bound in on the sides and bottom. Easy peasy

I often do this on baby quilts to help prevent them kicking off their quilt.

Perhaps you are thinking of a Quillow. The quilt folds into the foot pocket to make a pillow. They are quick and easy to make and there are several You Tube videos on how to make one. Each video has a slightly different take on the project.
