    Pinterst quilt photo

Wanted this to go to an admin. to be sure it is allowed. Didn't see a link.

There is a quilt on Pintrest that I would like to make for a gift. Know how to make half square triangles from watching MSQC tutorials. I am just not sure how this one would be done. Have not figured out the numbers. If we use 36 colors and 1/4th have to be the dominant, that makes it 9 of the dominant for each 36? So if I use 5" square and used 144 that would mean that the dominant color would be added to each of the 36 colors 1 time. Then it would be placement to make this look like a wave or have the colors blend? ( Colour wave Quilt ) Not sure if I am allowed to ask or not. so if not, sorry, please delete.

Maybe Jenny could do a tutorial. Love how easy she makes things.

Wasn't sure it was allowed. It is from someone out of this country that gives classes. No place to buy a pattern.

Everyone posts links all the time. But since your new the system might not allow a link yet. I think a picture would be fine. Let us help you figure out the pattern

Wow that is so cool. It looks like some kind of a ribbon quilt design. Preeti where are you? I bet you would know!

That looks like the DNA quilt pattern to me - or helix? It looks like it is a hst and QST to make the block?

This page has a link to a free pdf with instructions. It's for a table runner but I think you coukd easily adapt it.
