    Kaleidoscope Crystal Blue precut kit

It seems like this kit in the blue version is sold out everywhere. I would like to here from someone has the kit, is it really as easy as they say it is in the video? I am a confident quilter and am willing to get on a waiting list. However I have purchased other kits that say they are easy or intermediate skill level that have been sitting on my shelf for years as I try to gain the skills to do them.

That is a gorgeous quilt and it *looks* relatively simple to put together. Some of those pieces look reeeeealllly skinny though. For me personally, I'm not sure my piecing skills would be up to par - I could totally see me with bias issues or not-quite-1/4" seams and a big mess on my hands, lol

Well I am a big chicken when it comes to making something from a kit, always afraid I will run out of fabric or make some major screw up. This doesn't look hard BUT all those stick like pieces--for me I would probably put the wrong ends together by accident and then have a real mess on my hands. If you are not a beginner and are confident about just jumping in, you could probably make it. Good luck, it is a really pretty one! Let us know how it goes.

Looks like a nightmare to cut and piece.
I've been piecing quilts for 48 years, and would
        not attempt this pattern.
Good luck you if you decide to make this pattern.

The pieces are pre-cut. It looks like the designer has simplified it as much as possible but that would still be a challenging project.

The only thing I see is that the Crystal Blue kit is not the same as what was behind her in the video. That one was more rainbow colors.
