I can see the seams at the Vs of the blue, but no where else. Maybe they snowballed each end in opposite directions.....I hope you get it figured out. It's a great look.
If strips of green and cream were sewn together, then cut in strips like for a bargello, then sew those strips alternating with blue strips, then cut the resulting panel at a 45 degree angle, then sew them together alternating directions.....?
Glad you are all seeing the seams through the points of the blue, because that's what I thought. And I see yellow, too, not white. Interesting how differently we can see things. This is a cute quilt and pillow case.
I see vertical seams going through the blue and the green, and there are horizontal seams going through the yellow. The secret has to be in the way the fabrics are joined together and then cut. Snip Snip may be on to something!

I see 2 alternating blocks set on point: a four patch with 2 yellow, 1 green, and 1 print square and a block with a green square sashed on two sides with the print.
EDITED: It is a green square, yellow square and print rectangle!! Easy to see after someone else points it out...LOL!
