Any newbie stencil quilting videos out there?

I am just piecing my first quilt. I am watching viddies like there's no tomorrow, and I am so grateful for them. However, I cannot seem to find any good videos on quilting using a stenciled design. ( The only videos I can find are always on free motion.
Do any of you know where I can find any good videos?
    Thank you. )

to bleed and die for thee.

Many times. I've searched under, 'stencil quilting', and all I ever find are videos about free motion quilting or how to mark your fabric using stencils.
I am quite surprised with the lack of stencil tutorials.

That's a new product for me. I haven't seen that used before. I think that might be better than the pounce pad although costly I would imagine. I don't FMQ but I do have the pounce pad and chalks so I'd probably use them with a stencil.

http://forum.apqs.com/index.php?/top...gic-spray-can/ Here's a few reviews of that spray. I wonder if there's a better spray out there. Watching her using it I was thinking one would go through a can pretty quickly. Sewing Parts Online is charging $12.99 per can.

Hahaha, ohhh my, I really am a newbie. I was always typing Quilting Stencil in the search box because I thought that free motion meant you don't use a stencil, and that it was rather sew-as-you-go. I will try search words like, free motion stencil!
                      Thank you bunches!

Haha ohhh my, I am such a newbie. I thought free motion quilting meant that you quilt without a stencil, but more of a
                        sew-as-you-go thing.
I was only using the search terms quilting stencil. I will try free motion stencil.

I have a can and agree with the reviews from this post. Too much over spray and build up on the stencil. Also, I don't want to have to take my quilt outdoors to mark it. That's not convenient for me. I use the pounce that irons off (white) for darker fabric. For light fabric I have the blue pounce but it tends to come off easily. I read a suggestion to use cheap hairspray to keep it in place and that seemed to work well on the last quilt I did. And it washed out. Marking with a frixion pen or washable marker also works well, but it takes a lot longer.
