Suggestions for removing wrinkles from quilt top

My queen size quilt is heavily basted with both pins and thread. Unfortunately, I rolled it up and it sat in the spare bedroom for several months. When I unrolled it and layed it across the bed I found that it is wrinkled. Any ideas on how to get the wrinkles out without having to unbaste, press and rebaste????

    Thanks.

    Happy Sewing,
    Rae

Maybe - just maybe - hang it on the shower bar after showering. Maybe the dampness would get some of them out.

if it truly is basted well, spritz the wrinkled part with plain water or even one of the "de-wrinkler" sprays that are in the laundry area, then put it in the dryer and spin with no heat...If in doubt about the basting, don't try this...I'd hate for you to have your basting work messed up!
