This one calls it the Snowball or Windmill pattern.

The tip of hearts and gizzards seemed so close. I looked in my book of 1000 great quilt blocks. Low and behold that quilt block is on the same page as hearts and gizzards. The book calls it snowball II. Which makes sense because it creates two circles. I have found another quilt with this name on ebay. If you look how it is constructed, you would just have the change the fabric up a bit to achieve your goal.
