Opinions please - matching thread to top

I'm making a jellyroll race quilt using the Fusion Blooms Sunny Days roll up. I'm never very good at choosing matching thread to the top for quikting, even when I see it in person, lol

Do you think this Aurofil Creme Brulee matches well? I'm not sure what the backing will be yet - I may do flannel (it's for a friend with terminal cancer so I'd like it to be really cozy)

Aurofil Creme Brulee is a wonderful match. Good choice.

Looks good to me. They say the real test is to pull a puddle of thread off the spool and lay it over a bit of the quilt to see how it looks on the various colors in the piecing. You might try that and see what you think.

Looks like an awesome match. I love the way it seems to blend with all of the colors.

The jellyroll is on its way to me now & I'm placing the order for the thread today

Now all I have ro choose is the backing, then put it all together. I think I'll wait till I have the top done to choose the backing.
