    what fabric would you choose?

hi ladies! When I got married, one of our extremely talented friends made us a big wooden clock and it's hanging over our fireplace. It's mostly a bluish green color. I want to make a quilt or wall hanging that would go nicely with it. What would you all suggest? (see photo) Thanks!

That's a really great looking clock! Is that a pineapple design on the green part? Maybe a wall hanging with the pineapple block would go with it.

Haa haa everyone asks if those are pineapples, but I think they are pinecones (at least I'm pretty sure because our wedding was enchanted forest themed)

Well, maybe you could do something with pinecones. Now is the time of year that pinecones are out with the Christmas fabrics. Pine trees and pinecones have a soft spot in my heart since my Dad is from Maine and we travel up there almost every summer. I am trying to change over my decor to a woodsy theme in the house so I'm usually on the lookout for them myself.
