    Looking For A Pattern

I am looking for a pattern that has the blocks that look like they are 3D or floating. I am not sure what the name of the block is called. I hope that someone out there can help me with this .
    Thanks,

Hi Tina, are you talking about the shadow quilts? Here is one link that shows a lot of those.

Not really the blocks I am talking about almost look like you can walk on them , when put together they look like steps or columns .I know you have to use 3 different color's to get the look I am talking about.

God, Grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change,
The stash to make a quilt to help me cope,
A quilt to give to comfort those I love in times of hurt, fear and uncertainty.
And the courage to keep on sewing when life itself seems held together by a single thread of hope.
