    Quilting old quilt tops

I bought some old quilt tops at auction, probably dating back to the 40's or 50's I would like to finish them on my longarm. the material seems solid but thin, any advice out there?

No advice, but I've always wanted to hand quilt a really old top.... Good luck. Don't forget pictures!

I had two quilts my great granny made in the 40's and they held up just fine and still do after much use and washing. I'd make sure I trusted my quilter.

We have just finished long-arming two old tops that were hand pieced. Just make sure they are flat and pressed well to prevent wrinkles. Ours turned out great.
