I used a charm pack to cut the small tumbler template. I absolutely love how it turned out. Oops another "UFO" unfinishedobject, still have to add the border and the backing fabric.

I love the disappearing nine patch. Currently I am working on a flannel one for my granddaughter. That is....in between sewing the binding on another...and....

D9P is the first block I actually tried making quilts with. I've got a queen size top done out of fleece for my son's birthday - gotta finish that one by July. And a 4'x5' lap quilt top done for a Christmas present. Taking that one to a class for long arm quilting this Saturday and then i'll just have to do the binding.
I like the D9P because it's easy but give big impact.
