My LQS, Batiks Etc. and Sew What Fabrics (Batiks Etcetera & Sew What Fabrics) specializes in batiks. I bet they have what you are looking for. They mail order all over the country and have awesome customer service.

Thanks Karen, I'm going to bookmark that site. I found a book I might get there

Vonnie the last one is the one! I'm following a Hawaiian pattern and what made it so cute (it's a baby quilt) is a checker board pattern of that and a solid.

    Thanks for looking for me!

Natural Formations Batik Ripples Cotton Fabric - Lagoon - Beverlys.com

Check this site - not exactly sure what rippling water would like in batiks. I am not very good at picking fabric. I just buy what I see and like at the moment.

    Have a super Friday.

    Looking for a batik

That looks like rippling water or wavy lines. I came close at one of my shops today, but I wasn't happy with the color. I never thought I would have to buy a batik online, but I'm being picky with this one. lol
