    Which tutorial is it?

I am looking for the tutorial that uses a layer cake and she cuts off 3.5 inches off of each piece and then sews the 3.5 piece to another piece of material. I know it is vague but would like to see the rest of the tutorial.
    Thanks

If it's the double slice, then it's 4" cut off and not 3 1/2".

Look at the thread on the first page of the forum today entitled Finally! My Double slice Done!! and see it this is the quilt you want to make.

It's 3-1/2", not four, but I think you could do it either way. Jenny does hers at 3-1/2". I just checked.

Okay - must have got it mixed up with another one. I know she does one at 4" and 6". Now I have to go and find which one it is - LOL - otherwise it will be on my mind!

Yep - found it! It takes a layer cake cut into 4" and 6" and a jelly roll that is cut at 10" and 13".

That is a cool block. I didn't remember that one! It would be great to preserve the prints in large print fabrics! Thanks for finding that one and sharing it with us!

Now I don't remember ever seeing that one before; I have some layer cakes with larger prints and have been looking for a pattern to use. This might work pretty well. Thanks for posting. So many great ideas to find here.

I have never seen it before and I thought I had seen all of them...and I like this one...sort of reminds me of Yellow Brick Road but only one block and the dimensions are very different.....I want to make this one....I think it would be great out of scraps left over from other projects and I have totes full of those all precut already and just waiting for the right project to come along!
