What's the name of the piece of flat metal worn over the fingers as a shelf to make hand quilting really fast? And where can I locate one?

I just bought one of these about 3 weeks ago. I have watched several videos on how to use it but I haven't started my hand quilting project yet. I can't remember where I got mine from.

I just received a couple of notions type catalogs and one of them had something like that. Check Nancy's Notions, I think her's was the one I saw it in.

Thanks! That's it--and even a video to go with it. I'm ordering one today....tired of holes in my thumb and fingers from needles poking thru leather & plastic. Real thimbles give me claustrophobia!
