I'm wanting to make this using Moda Snow Days batiks. From the directions, it looks like I need 1 jelly roll (to cover the 40 strips-I already have 2 jellyrolls) and 3 charms packs (which would cover the 120 5" squares) plus the border material. I'm getting the material amounts from under the Jacob's Ladder pattern info on this site. So, before I order-is this right?

Re: Jacob's Ladder on front of QQ Summer '13 bookizine.....
I made one that was 94x106. I used the tonga treats. 2 packs of their 10" squares and 2 of the 2-1/2" strips. I used the 10" squares cut in half to do the border. I have some fabric left which I plan to make pillow shams. The tonga treats are 2 ea of 20 fabrics. Hope this helps. It would take 4 charm packs to equal 1 layer cake. The pattern in the magazine will make a quilt that is about 60x72 before borders and it says you need 40 strips and 120 charm squares.Vernona (Beaverton OR)
