I've seen some of your quilts use printable fabric for photos or custom made labels. These are great ideas. But where to you get the printable fabric that you can run through your printer?

I got a sewing machine for my husband. Good trade, huh!?!
I buy Printed Treasures online. Excellent quality!
The wee angel is a photo of a small die cut scrap angel cleaned up in Adobe Photoshop Elements.
These table runners were last xmas' pressies for my youngest sister, my brother and his wife
and my sister in law and her DH.
The quilt as you go taught by the awesome Jenny + some addition.
Thank you so much, Nancy! I use the word table runners although they are in use on cupboards as shown on ours here.
One still calls it table runner or is there another word for it?
I have use it before ! I made a memory quilt for my mom and printed out a picture of my mom and my grandma(when my mom was a little girl) ! Great Stuff ! I bought mine at Joann's !
I didn't know JoAnn's had such. What brand?
My very good friend Sue in California has sent me some fabric before, she is so kind! I'm sure she would love to help out as they sadly do NOT ship internationally...

Fabric purchases require no justification!
A stash must be carefully and constantly built. That's my story and I'm sticking with it.
I would like to add that there are a couple of different kinds so be careful! Some of them have to be dry cleaned. If you dont want to have to dry clean your quilt, make sure you get the one that you do the color fast set. I made that mistake!
Good tip motorcycle*rooster. Hopefully my sieve of a brain will remember that when it comes time to get some.
kelandspence - love the memory quilt idea. My son turns 30 this July and I want to do a quilt for him (if my practice projects work out that is). Some personalization woudl be great.

I always use Prym which is the European version of Printed Treasures
as it fits perfectly with the printer papers here.
I have washed such a gazillion times and they look just as good as when they were new.
