I got a honeybun in Swanky to make a string quilt.I'm not making it for a bed, more or less a throw. I purchased 4 yards of coordinating solids to throw in there to stretch the fabric....but now I'm concerned because I have no clue if that is enough fabric or not. I don't expect it to be enough for the border, just the blocks. Any thoughts?

Re: Fabric amounts...
I think you will be surprised at how big you will be able to make it, especially with an extra 4 yards of fabric. When Natalie was working on honey bun projects she was SHOCKED at how far it went. I haven't done an entire project out of one honey bun though, so I will be interested at how big your quilt turns out!!!
Pics please (of course) and keep us updated!! I am so excited to see this out of Swanky....I love that line and LOVE string quilts!!
Good luck!
