I saw this mentioned at a quilt show I was at a while back and was wondering if anyone had any information about the quilts they used along the trail slaves used to escape to the north? Anyone ever made one? Are they hard? I thought it would be a fun project if I can figure it out.

I still struggle to understand how these quilts really gave instructions but they are pretty.
I really like the wagon wheel block! I'd love to make a whole quilt of that... I think :? I have such a hard time deciding on anything!To stitch or not to stitch... There is no question.
