Need help finding a pattern for a project

Hi. I have a bunch of fabric - mostly college themed fabrics - about 8 darks and 8 lights. Can anyone suggest a pattern that I could use that would show off the prints? I know I have way more fabric than I need, but am struggling to come up with a pattern to use. Thanks for your help!
I promise not to buy any more fabric until I see something I really like. Or it's on sale. Or I think it might match something.

Can you post a picture? It's much easier to get ideas.

This isn't a great photo, but it's what I got. I was thinking of a disappearing nine patch. I also have a baseball themed fabric that I can include, or can use as a border, since the person I am making it for likes baseball. Any suggestions are appreciated.

Well first thing it's screaming blue and white to me. I think I would keep it simple (that's me though)

Thimbelina…..what about making an Heirloom Quilt? This was a video that was done awhile back on how to make T-shirt quilts, but I think you could also do this:
            https://youtu.be/JE3jqR2N4KA
MSQC has a rule for making these T-shirt style quilts now too:

Although this video is older and it explained without the ruler for the T-shirt quilt.

I've just made this one - fairly quick and easy.

I’m in the middle of making this “Mary Quilt” by Erica Jackman and it could work for you.

Oh yeah, Go Big Blue! (I used to live in Kentucky). If you do not want to chop up those pieces too small Jenny has a tutorial called the Teacup Quilt that uses large-ish pieces. Idk why it is called teacup, it is just blocks and rectangles and in no way looks like teacups or coffee cups. Take a look. Sorry I am too lazy to post link.
