    what went wrong?

    I put my quilt blades together along with my corners etc,but i just noticed a bubble in the center of my block of the star quilt!
    I spent a lot of time making sure to follow all seams etc being very careful .Does anyone know what I may have missed here with assembly?argggggg so frustrated now.
    How can i fix this please help.TIA

    Never mind i fixed it today.
    Quilting is good therapy.

      Can you tell us what you did? I ask because I figure I'll learn something new if you do tell.
      You mentioned 'blades' and then said 'star'. At first I thought you were making a dresden plate block, but the 'star' part is throwing me off.
      I would have suggested that you recheck the seam allowances because even though I am careful and try to slow down, it seems that's always my problem when I have a problem.

      I'm so glad you fixed it. Please, do tell.

        I would love to know as well..I thought you were referring to a plate...but the term star threw me..

          Well it wasn't my best job really,I was so careful to make all seams 1/4" ,but once i joined all sections of the star blades together, thats when i got the bubble,I saw a tip online someplace that suggested snipping close to the sections joined, so it would lay flatter.This quilt is from the quiltsmart website." Lone star pattern." 58".Personal use for our bed.
          My next one will be "Mariners Compass" so i must be more careful with this one.Its been ages since i made a quilt I feel like a newbie again.
