For this particular bag, I don't think there is a free pattern. There are similar ones out there that you can find for free, but the Bow Tuck pattern is copy-written pattern and is only for sale.

Thanks craftyladysam now I have another bag to make it's too cute. Hmm I wonder where I can buy the pattern to make one of these bags.
