    I love Karen Brown's videos of tips and tricks.

    I think this a good list. One I will consider for myself is compression socks when I know I will be standing a lot.

    Enjoy life and do what makes you happy. Everything else will follow.

    Every day I try to do one thing that challenges my comfort zone.

      Seems as though this has been deleted? Even searching for it on youtube turned up no results. Anyone else have any luck?

              You know, my doctor (cardiologist) has been insisting I wear compression hose for over a year. I have resisted. Finally ordered some and started wearing them this week. Now, I can't say the difference in how my legs, feet and knees feel is just because of the socks - I did switch back to meloxicam for pain, but they do feel so much better! I am on my feet all night at work and do a LOT of walking.
