    Block party - Flying Geese

You will want to try this block.. !! It looks so cool and the information on the how to make one is free. Blogger Girl is doing a BOMII and this is one of her blocks.. I felt immediately challenged to try a block myself, but haven't found my Flying Geese template as yet.
    LINK: Blogger Girls BOM II

I drew thin black lines around the FG so you could immediately identify them and how they were put together..

Have Fun making scads of Geese and doing your own block.. or go join Blogger Girl's BOMII.

I did this awhile ago.. I called it crooked pinwheels until someone told me it looked like something else, now I can't bear to look at it! But I made mine with HST's not flying geese.

I'm looking at the "geese" part of the block and I'm not seeing a seam down the middle ... so I agree with Granny Judy ... looks like Flying Geese to me too!

Thanks Judy for the pic and the link. I do so love dreaming of all the BOM's I can create.
This looks like fun. Are you going to do the entire BOM with her?

Blondie, I wish I had the time to join in on her BOM.. but no, I just look and dream. The instructions given are for Flying Geese. And I found it to be so interesting.. Wanting to "share" how versatile some of these blocks can be. My MOM always loved Flying Geese blocks... Now I understand her fascination.

I, too, wish I could really do all the wonderful BOM's out there that tempt me. And flying geese are one of my fav's as well.
I do like your new punch needle card - how fun. You are quite diverse, Judy!
