My local quilt shop went online

Trudy's post about forums made me curious what was going on where I live. My local shop for 47 years are selling from their Facebook page. You can buy Hawaiian fabrics and precuts! The items are numbered and you can just ring them up. I have been shopping at this store for 30 yrs and they are quite well known for a tourist stop. I trust them wholehardily. So If your in the mood for some flowers, there it is.

You are SUCH an enabler, Lori. I'm off to window shop. Back to say I saw so much I wanted. Gina

That’s very tempting. I’m on a fabric buying diet but may not be able to resist.

Now I want to try something. Love the wall hangings, but maybe I'll try to find a pillow.

Our LQSs are open with their regular hrs. now. But they also have had the option for people to order on line & do curb side pick up. That was the only option for a while when things were shut down. My LQS is having a sale on selected bolts, 30-50% off, so she can make room for new fabrics coming in. I need to check them out to see if I can find a backing for my Smoke & Fire quilt. I saw fabric I liked at FQS a while back, but they were sold out. I got a notification it's now back in stock. My top isn't finished, so I'm not sure yet how fabric I'll need. I had planned to sew this eve., but something else came up.

No you don't have to order there. I think those are local people saying add that to my order. There is a phone # there to call. Just tell them a friend from the island told you about them. They get orders from people that took a vacation here that call and make orders all the time. In regular days it's packed in there.. They will be happy!
