I know what you mean hillbilly! There is that little space behind your neck that is just begging for a pillow right??? Like when you are on a road trip in the car!
I am going to make a bunch of these as gifts. I know it's not quilting but I figured that some of us might be looking for some crafty gifts!

I was in fact searching for a tutorial like this. My daughter is going to be 24 next month and she is planning to go to Australia with her boyfriend. I was wondering what I should give her as a holiday gift. Now I have decided to make a pillow and give it to her. I am sure that she will love it.
