    Quillows

Does anybody have a pattern or know to make a quillow ? It's a small quilt/throw that folds into a square pillow ! wow, that would be a great tutorial for Jenny to make ! I used to have one but I think that it was loved too much and we threw it out ! lol

Here are some general instructions...I found several by putting "Quillow" in the search engine...

Good luck...I've made several, but it has been years ago...(but, I'm still using them!!)

        Re: Quillows

I've made a few of them - can't find my pattern now, but I'm sure Google would list lots of them.
Kids love them. They think it's neat to pack the quilt up and push into a pillow!

I remember making some many years ago and gave them as gifts for people to keep in their car. What a good idea to make some again!

              Hi Gurls....

~Kelandspense~ Well how did it go? where you able to make it?

              Reason I ask is.....
This is what I want to make for my 4 Grand-Babies for X-Mas.

              But I have several questions?

Can it be made out of any Quilt Block? or
does it have to be made from a certain block style(s)?

~Trish~ do you have any pics of the ones you made?

Ladies feel free to share ALL The info you can provide on this new Project I would like to
              start on.
I'm a visual person.... If any sample Pics can be shared that would Be AWESOME
since i'm not sure what is the size a Quillow suppose to end at...Cause My boys are ground like Weed!...LOL..LOL and want to make sure it will be with them for years to come.

              Thank-You All in advance

Don't bother with the straw link...nothing left there beyond how to fold. HOWEVER I did find some nice pattern with instructions at Hoffmans fabric

                    Re: Quillows

Sorry - don't know where the photo might be. Think it was lost in the old computer. I can try to see if I can even find the quillow and take another photo of it for ya though. Just don't know where it is right now.
I do remember it was easy to make so you shouldn't have any problem following a pattern especially if you can find a free one.

Do you have a pattern for a walker pocket? I work in a medical clinic and we see a lot of people using walkers that come through the lab.
