I looked up sewing machine silhouette images, opened the image in a Paint computer application, then added my name! I can't wait to try and transfer this to fabric (or printer fabric) just to see how it turns out!

I hate to appear dumb, but is that done with embroidery.

Carol...it probably could be embroidered with the right JPG file that would load onto an embroidery machine! What I will attempt to do is laser print it out onto a fabric sheet!
