    Oh what a great tutorial.
    Here's a traditional way (North County England) of creating feathers that I found very intriguing too. Hope you don't mind me adding it here Denise. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pgaRvjiMHQQ

          I have one of Angela Walters' FMQ books. Wow! Can you believe how fast she quilts?! Can't do it that fast with your domestic. I might just practice some of those feathers. JCY

                that was great! she does make it look so easy! The Hooked on Feathers (Sally Terry) method is great for beginners.
