    Several years ago I bought some software at a show in Atlanta for my longarm JukiQVP from Sewing Machine.com. I bought the machine elsewhere. I called them today about the stitch regulator on the Juki. It just stopped and the screen was completely black . I thought maybe I could order a new one from them. I was put through to the owner Mel. He said he would have a tech call me. With in five minutes they called me back. What nice honest people they told me I didn't need a new stitch regulator. My stitch regulator was loose, probably from the vibration of the machine over time. They told me how to fix it . I just thought I had to say something about how nice these folks were to me, even though I bought the machine elsewhere they helped me.

    wonderful to hear! seriously. anyone being helpful these days must be talked about. Good for you and letting others know.
