    Enjoy !

God, Grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change,
The stash to make a quilt to help me cope,
A quilt to give to comfort those I love in times of hurt, fear and uncertainty.
And the courage to keep on sewing when life itself seems held together by a single thread of hope.

At the last sewing show I went to, there was a booth (from a different company) selling patterns and kits to make runners, quilts and bags using this method. I bought a runner to do and also a bag. Been busy with other things and haven't gotten to try yet.
    pat.

Nice video, but I'm a bit confused when it calls for batting and instead they are using printed utility fabric. What is utility fabric? I looked it up on their site and they don't sell any except for what comes in the kit.

I bought a class for QAYG bags on Crafsty that I love and you can make different projects. I just went and found it. yea!

It's a preprinted batting made by June Taylor -

I suspect maybe they are calling it "utility fabric" so that we think it's something we can't buy elsewhere.

I saw that. I guess I never considered interfacing as a batting

But you can buy it. I have five yards of it somewhere here in my sewing room!
