That looks about right for southern Arizona. We are already sleeping under two quilts but that's cuz we don't heat the trailer at night unless we just have to. Northern Arizona is more like three quilts with all the snow they have been getting. Quilters don't have to worry about the cold, we just put the quilt on our laps as we sew on it. There is always some kind of hand sewing that needs done.

Last night I slept in flannel pj's, a sweatshirt, wool socks and under 2 quilts. Would you believe that I woke up this morning cold?

Yikes. I guess we're doing ok. Just 2 light quilts, 2 cats and PJ's. We do keep the furnace around 74 at night when it's this cold.

Temp is in single digits here so I have 5 quilts on my bed, it's starting to resemble the Princess and the Pea! And I sleep in leggings, a sweatshirt and of course socks. My dd thinks I should just get an electric blanket. Never!! That is sacrilege to say that to a quilter! Plus I rather like the feel of the ten pounds of blankets on me when I get under the covers.

3 quilts here! Surely they are mistaken.

We didn't start the woodstove today. The house is going to be cold tomorrow.
The kid went to bed in fleece pants, socks and a t-shirt with flannel sheets, three blankets, and an elephant pillow pet (the big one).
I'll have a flannel top sheet w/ cotton bottom sheet, three blankets, t-shirt weight sleep pants, a hoodie, and my microwave heated slippers.
It won't be as cold as in some places, so we willow thankful for that!

Bitter here in PA with -12 windchills, so for once, an accurate weather report. 4 quilts worked!

T-shirt nightgown, socks, a dog, one quilt and a crochet blanket, aloha everyone and keep warm. The only thing above the covers is my nose, ha ha. p.s. blow dry under your covers, hop in and its all warm and cozy.
