    MSQC thread! !!!

Ok so maybe this is not as earth shattering news. I am working on a baby quilt, all pink and am using MSQ thread. Wowowowo. I love it. No breaks my machine loves it too. Enough when to be seem but not stand out. Can't wait to start the free motion design.
Ok caffeine rush is over. Lol . Back to the quilt.

I absolutely love it as well! I haven't attempted fmq with it yet - still waiting to pause in my projects to start learning that - but for piecing & straight (ish, lol) lines with the walking foot it has been fantastic, very little lint compared to Guterman I'd been using.

Cotton or poly? I've yet to try the poly but am loving the cotton for the same reasons as you. It's not as thin as Aurifil, but what is? I find it more akin to Superior's 50wt which has been my favorite for its beauty and strength. I'm thrilled M* has their own thread line and that it rivals the best and gives us another option. Their color palette seems to suit me the best at the moment.

I just broke open my first spool of M* poly thread and I love it. I am using it in my HV Opal 650 and it just floats through my machine. Nice even stitches. Feels like silk! I will be buying more of it when I am back next.

I just bought a small assortment of the poly to try with fmq. I love it! It seems a lot like Isacord, and the price is very reasonable.

I've been using it for some time now. I have a Janome 6600 Professional, a Featherweight and a 1960's Singer Clone called a Capitol. It works great on all three machines. And I like the price a lot.

I love it! I have only used the cotton thus far but I can't wait until I use up all this linty Gutterman. I plan to switch exclusively to MS thread for piecing after that. Now if they would just make a 40 weight.... or cones....

I've only used the cotton, but it's been great in my Viking Sapphire & my Featherweight. The quality of the thread is excellent and IMO you can't beat the price point.

The only way the line could be better is if there were some variegated colorways.

Yes variegated would be awesome, MSQ are you listening, lol.

I like the poly thread but I have to say that I didn't like the cotton thread, I tried it but I switched back to Aurifil. But this is like so many other things personal preference:-)

I haven't tried it yet, but I did get a free green spool when I ordered the Daily Deal on St.Patties' day.
