    It's cut on the straight grain and I think it's one continuous piece but I'm not sure. I wondered too if it could be used for those braided rugs people make?

    Sorry for the confusion. The fabric is 3" wide and the roll is 9" across. Does that make more sense?

    No, not white. It looks like it might be a paisley print. Its a maroon or berry background with purple, teal, brown and light brown in it. Wish I could load a photo of it. If I can figure it out, I'll post the photo.

    It is a roll of 3" wide fabric. If you lay the roll of fabric (roll side down) on a table the roll would measure 9" in diameter.
