    Donation of quilts for Charity...

    I'm posting this link because i'm hoping that Terry see's it! She does so much for Shriner's and others!
    I'm So happy to see that there are more and more of us using the talent and time we have fun in for a good and worthwhile purpose....Marilyn, Blondie and Sandy were the ones that started me down this path. It's a Great story and she has a new butterfly quilt pattern in the Moda Bake Shop.... GB

      I came to read the story and I kid you not, a Shriners commercial came on. What are the odds of that! It was a very beautiful story.

              Thank you for sharing that with me. I know there are lots of generous folks all over the country that are contributing much more than I ever could. But there is not a more generous forum out there that would have given someone like me the encouragement and help with fabric, quilt tops, finished quilts. I could not have done it last year and I hope I will have your support this year. I think we are really doing good work. And, the plus side for me is that I know I am getting significantly better at this skill . Not being a perfectionist seems to be my biggest downfall and I'm hoping the new machine will help me make better quilts for the children and for the donations.

                Thanks for the post; it was an interesting story.

                BTW - I found the story as the 3rd one ... dated Dec 16th. (Guess you need to scroll further down after each time she posts a new story.)
