    Kona 2017 color of the year - Pink Flamingo

    I am not a pink person but I like this color better than last year's.

    I think I got this mixed up with pantone's color of the year. It's something called greenery, didn't like it at all. Pink's good, I like pink.

                I have a ton of pink scraps that my dd gave me (she has 3 girls) and I have been trying to work it into scrap quilts for it seems like forever. I'm sick of pink. Wait, that's not a nice thing to say. I'm just not as fond of pink as I am of other colors.

                  Yellow is bright and cheery. It is especially appealing to a Minnesotan living through a stretch of sub-zero days.
