As much as I loved the thread sale and ordered one of each color on the variegated, I also ordered a design wall. I was happy to see my order has shipped already but no design wall. And it is not even on the order now. This makes me sad. All I wanted was 1 and they have not shipped it and I am sure are long out of them. Beside would never pay the full price.

I was wondering too..the $1 design walls now say "notify me" so does that mean when they come in we will still get it for $1

Gee that is to bad. I was surprised we weren't limited to only a quantity of one like we are with "daily deals". I sat at my computer and hit the refresh button every 30 minutes hoping they would restock the thread. Initially they sold out of all the thread in under two hours I was trying to decide what else to put in my basket to get up to $50 for free shipping and all the thread had sold out! After 1.5 hours some of thread was showing as available again, after 3 hours all the thread was back, but many of the best patterns for $1 had sold out.

I will be setting my alarm clock for 1AM Monday to catch my favorite Cyber Monday quilting sale. The last three years in a row my favorite selections have sold out before I can check out. Maybe this year I will get lucky.

When I tried to order the design wall I had to check the notify me button. Within hours (I kept checking back) it was no longer offered and when I put it in the search bar, other design walls come up but not the Fons and Porter one. My thread and panel order has shipped, but no mention of the Design Wall.

I just hurried and ordered the thread but there wasn't a huge selection of good colors but I figured I could use any color for piecing. Then after I ordered I saw some great kits for good prices but Lord knows I don't need another kit. That would just be obsessive lol

my order hasn't been shipped yet. It still lists my design wall on there. I guess we will see what happens.

I have had no answer yet on the situation. I want to believe its the weekend and no one is available to answer email inquiries. We shall see what tomorrow brings.

Still no word from them about this issue with my order. I really would like a design wall for $1 as they advertised. Really wondering why it was not in my order and what is going on. Will keep you all posted.

I'm pretty sure that the sale specified "while supplies last", and they just didn't last. It would be nice if everyone ordered only what they needed and didn't try to hoard for themselves and select friends. There might have been enough for more individual quilters to get something from the sale.

I get that we have stashes, and that's how we do what we do, but I cringe sometimes when I see shelf clearing behavior like they show on extreme coupon programs.

Still no reply from them. I don't remember it saying while supply lasts. And if it did I ordered when it was still available. Hoping they will get back to me with an answer soon. I only wanted 1.

I just rechecked my order status.
I shows that all of my items shipped yesterday, including my design wall. I placed the order late evening 11/24. I don't know if that helps your case or not.
I would probably give them a call. Did you keep a copy of your original order?
I know the office is here in Washington somewhere, but the warehouse is in Ohio. Maybe something mucked up somewhere along the line.
