I am not sure what order they mail them out in but I am in Western Washington also and got mine about a week ago.

I see different ones talking about the Block magazine but I can't seem to figure out where I can sign up to receive it.

Go to "quilt shop", then "site map". Under "Block magazine" you will bring up the subscription page. Took me awhile to find it too! Lol
