Is there a quilt program that is simple to use? I'm pretty computer challenged. But, I'd like to be able to see what something might look like or how much fabric to get, if I've changed something
Unfortunetly Quilt Design Wizard is discontinued. So while still available thru Amazon (and a few other sources) you most likely will not be able to get the monthly updates that the software originally offered. And technical support may also be unavailable.
I'd recommend reading the reviews and question/answers before buying
But for the price, It may be worth it for someone who has never used a quilting design software to see if it's something they are really interested in persuing without forking out almost $200 for the newest software (EQ7).
There is a scaled down version of EQ7 called EQ Mini. It's much cheaper (around $90) and can be upgraded to EQ7 later if you wish. This video has a demo of it: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lxerv4CWveQ

Has anyone tried any of the quilting apps available for iPad or phone? I'm enough of a newbie that I'm not sure I understand how they work, but I have looked at several. A few are free, and others are an affordable price. I would be interested to hear from someone more experienced than me.
