I recently read a story on Facebook that brought me to tears. I hope I relay it correctly. There is a group (in Minnesota?) that brings therapy rabbits to a reading program for children living in a homeless shelter. The children read to the bunnies. Recently there was picture posted - a car full of beautiful quilts that were made (by a quilting group I'm guessing) for these children.
It doesn't get much better than that in my book. If anyone in this forum took part in this, hats off to you. In today's world we need more stories like this.
As I write this, one of my house rabbits who was treated badly in her early life is laying across my feet. It took her a long time to learn she was safe and loved.
