By now most of you know that i have shamelessly collected too many JR's over the years and have come up with some off the wall methods of using them... BUT I feel much better now that i noticed this on Pinterest.... just thought i would share incase any of you are in the same boat... I've done something similar in the past, thinking i was pushing the envelope too much,,, but seeing this has validated my thinking. Thought i would share with all incase there a a few more out there that just love to "stitch long and fast with abandon" like me...LOL...

I have had that one same for a few years now. The forum actually figured the measurements out for me. I have it saved somewhere if you want me to track it down.

I have that photo too and pull it out whenever my friend has to make another baby quilt. I love it, and it's so versatile for either a boy or girl by the fabric choice and using a flower or a sailboat or a cowboy hat, etc for the applique.

Thank you for finding it! I read through it again and said I bought the DD for it. Well obviously I didn't make it but have a date to see what I bought. lol
