A lot of fabric

I called MSQC to check on an order I placed on August 19, I ordered several cuts of fabric! I wondered why I hadn't received it. The sweet girl on the phone told me they were 4000 cuts of fabric behind! That's a lot of cuts which means a lot of fabric and in turn means a lot of quilts!

Oh those poor cutters. I never thought about it that when we order yardage someone has to measure and cut it all!! They probably love customers like me who order precuts 99% of the time! Today I received an order from M with the first mistake ever, one of the charm packs I ordered was missing but included on the packing list. They do a darned good job though.

I never get upset with a company that admits they made a mistake and then quickly fixes the problem.

Holy smokes! I'm glad they're getting so much business. That way we get to keep them around longer!

I wonder how many cuts they process in a given day...and if they've managed to cut clean through some of those OLFA mats

I ordered that day as well and this morning I got up and checked my account and it said shipped, but I hadn't received an email yet. It came a couple hours later. I must have checked right after they printed the shipping label

How funny - I ordered that day also AND I called today to find out what was going on with my order. I talked to Samantha and she was very sweet. Mine is the same story - several cuts of yardage; some cut and some being worked on.

I agree, Vonnie. And M* is great at standing behind their products, even when the problem isn't necessarily their fault (think post office).

I don't mean anything bad here, but I have noticed when I include yardage in my orders, they do take longer. That's okay, I have plenty to play with while waiting. I am happy to know why now. Good for them, that they're doing so well!

When I order precuts I usually also order matching yardage so sometimes it does take longer.

If there is something I need quickly, I will order that separately from any cut yardage in order to get it in time.

I ordered also on that day and haven't received it yet. Figured they were very busy with the contest going on and so many daily deals now. My order had a lot of 1/2 yard and 3/4 yard cuts as I need 24 different specific solids for a project. Thankfully, I have plenty to keep me busy and I'm not chomping at the bit waiting for my order.
