BLOCK App - Smacking My Forehead!

As a BLOCK subscriber, I downloaded the app soon after it was available and refer to it often on my iPad. I never get overly anxious waiting for the issues to arrive - just enjoy them whenever they come. This time, however, there are two quilts in the current issue I want to try "next." With so many members saying theirs had arrived, I hoped mine would show up today. Not there. But tonight the lightbulb came on and I wondered if by chance it would be available on the app this soon. Well, yes it is! I still will read the stories when the hard copy arrives but this lets me review the instructions and fabric requirements for the two quilts. Am I the only one who never thought before you could get a preview of the issue before it shows up in the mail? I guess I've been living under a rock!

Yep, I've already looked at on the app but haven't received it yet! (On my iPad, I just searched for the Block Magazine app and downloaded it.)

I know that people with iphones get the electronic versions of BLOCK with the app, but as far as I know, those of us with Android based phones still don't have that capability

I've got the app, but how do I get the digital versions? Maybe, I don't understand.......I pay for the hard copy Block magazine. Do I have to purchase the digital version to use the app?

My issues load automatically into the App (downloaded from the App Store on iPad). I'm pretty sure you must be a subscriber, not a purchaser of single issues through Missouri Star's shop or your local quilt shop. If you just downloaded the App, check back to see if any were downloaded. I have to hit a Download button to get it from the Cloud to my device to read the whole issue.

Android doesn't get any MSQC love

Maybe there is no Block app but there is a tutorial app for android and also for the Kindle! I am thankful for those. I didn't even know there was one for Block so I haven't felt slighted..;until now.

I have a monthly subscription, but the Blocks did not download into the app for me.

Well couldn't sleep and saw this post. Thank you! I didn't know there was a Block app ... Just downloaded it and it works great!
