I got a bunch of those for free for buying something, but have never tried them.

We have an on-going swap group that does HST's using the Laundry Basket quilts papers. We have a new swap every three months and you can come and go as you like. For anyone that wants to try the papers, give us a try. We have an active group and are always happy to have new folks join.

Re: Trying something different....the experiment!
One day I would love to try the triangle paper. I make a lot of HSTs and have to use my BlockLock ruler to trim and square up. It would be nice to just sew 'em all and not have to do all that squaring up!

Vonnie...I set my stitch length at 1.8 and I'm having no trouble at all!

Beats drawing the lines! which I have done following instructions from Eleanor Burns.
Did you have any trouble tearing the paper off?

Re: Trying something different....the experiment!
I've had a roll of those for quite some time but have never figured out how to use them. Why didn't I think of YouTube? You've inspire me! I also have thangles that I've not been brave enough to try. Some day when I get caught up.........
I love your quilt pattern. Please share the quilt picture when it's complete.

Re: Trying something different....the experiment!
Good response, Kenz! Since the pattern I am attempting has a ton of HST, I thought I would try this method!

This is the way I just made my chevron quilt. Super quick and easy.

Triangles on a Roll.....an experiment for myself that has limited time!
Wow! Following the instructions and watching a few tutorials on this time saving effort...pure gold! I am loving this experience....the half square triangles come out perfect....no extra trimming!
Some would say this is a pricey way to do HST, but I like the results and the time savings. So, it is worth it to me.....
