It does sound like a good deal. The thing that bothered me about the reviews is that I didn't see any "verified purchase" type reviews. And the one "4 star" was from someone that got the cutters at a discount in return for her unbiased review. Worth trying, probably.
I usually let folks with money to burn buy the items first, then I'll read the reviews. I filter them to show the worst ones, then again to show the most recent ones. They can be very telling.
I just bought some, almost bought those, but I use 60mm more often, so I just bought a 5 pack.
Lot's of 5 star reviews there, but way too glowing for my taste. The reviewers seem to have been allowed to purchase them at a discount. I wouldn't pay attention to those reviews, but if you want to take a small risk with about $10 they are probably worth a try. I would wonder how they held up to use as opposed to the Olfa replacement blades I guess.

I usually buy Fiskars 45 mm blades, but I recently bought a 5 pack of these blades. I've put one in the rotary cutter, not used it a lot yet, but so far, so good.
