Quilter's Cash Issue

I'm not sure this question goes in this category but I'm not able to use QC to get the total any lower than $10. I have more than the amount necessary to use, but when I try, it won't lower it any lower than $10 due. I know QC can't be used to pay the $5 shipping, but why won't it go below $10. Whatever I put in my cart, when I push the 'maximize discount button' it stops $5 short of the amount. Anyone else have this issue?
