I was browsing today for more Violette fabrics. M* no longer has the JRs -- just the FQ bundles & some yardage. I found a good selection at Hawthorne Threads in upstate NY. (On line only. They don't have a store bldg.) No JRs, but their FQ bundles, if I got all 3 selections, would total 32 FQs, so I'd get more for about the same money. Shipping would be about the same. Just wondering if anyone has ever ordered from them & what your experience was? Thanks.

I have ordered from them and was truly impressed with their service, the quality of their fabric, the follow up and LOVE their newsletter - though I try not to read it. Just drool on the computer screen.Sometimes, when there's a raging fire,

Yes they are completely reliable, often have sales and once they get your email you will get their online newsletter forever! It's a good one though, and some of their fabric is so different it is fun seeing their new stuff!Jocelyn

Very satisfied with the service! I placed my order a few days ago. My pkg. came today; it was shipped 3 day priority mail. It arrived in good condition. I've already pressed all the FQs & 1 yd. of fabric. Now I just need to decide on which pattern to make! I want to make a full size bed quilt. I also got their newsletter in my e-m today. It included a free pattern. I certainly would recommend them.Comment
